Denrick Cooper, Esq., is an experienced New York City Attorney serving Queens, Brooklyn and Manhattan, who is an expert in the areas of Taxation and Bankruptcy and is a graduate of New York University. Mr. Cooper holds degrees in finance, Law J.D (Juris Doctorate), and a Masters Degree in Taxation.

He is qualified to represent clients before the United States Tax Court, the IRS and has completed and passed the IRS Enrolled Agents Exam

Mr. Cooper is the CEO of New York Tax Problem Solvers LLC, located in Queens, New York.

As a tax attorney, Mr. Cooper helps consumers with issues such as tax liens and levy release, back taxes, offer in compromise, installment agreement, discharging tax in bankruptcy and penalty abatement.

Mr. Cooper has practiced in New York since 1998 and has more than 20 years of experience dealing with IRS tax issues. He now focuses his practice on tax collection issues and bankruptcy.
